"Interested in a fantastic summer getaway? Seagate properties has the perfect condos! The location is absolutely stunning —just a quick, three-minute walk to the private beach and a wagon to take all your tools and toys for all ages of children. The condo was impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and even more spacious than it looks in the photos. The layout was perfect for our family, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We loved spending our mornings on the balcony with the beautiful ocean view. Having beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys in the storage unit is a huge convenience. The pool is also fantastic and very well-maintained. All the pool members are respectful of all the patrons on vacation. Everything is well-stocked for basic cooking, though we only prepare breakfast. Naples, Florida is filled with spectacular restaurants. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation. We return every year, seven time in the last five years. "

"We've stayed at this property 7 times over the last 5 years. The location is great, easy to get to restaurants, grocery stores. The beach is out the back door, 150 yards away and the pool is well maintained. The condo is comfortable and clean. Condo management is great to work with. We're already planing our next stay. "

"We (my husband and two teenage boys) just returned from a week in the Summer Winds unit. It was comfy, cozy and had the most incredible view of the Gulf of Mexico. We had everything we needed and Susan was an incredible host making us feel comfortable. This is our second time renting from Seagate Suites and would happily rent from them again. "

"We have stayed in 1002 and 1102 12+ times and this one was no exception. The condo is clean, well stocked and perfect for our family. The beach storage unit is full of all the beach equipment you need, floats, sand toys, beach chairs, umbrella etc. This year we rented a paddle board for the week and took it out on the back waters - right on the walk way to the beach. We loved it - it was a bird sanctuary back there dozens of cranes and pelicans and we saw dolphins too. Susan the property manager is always an amazing help from booking, to logistic questions and local recommendations. Thanks Susan!"

"This unit was very clean with an amazing view. Every night we watched the most amazing sunsets! We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, with nice dish wear and utensils, the nice outdoor furniture, along with the tasteful decor throughout, and the comfortable beds. We love that it was quiet-- as we were there in the summer- which is the off season. The beaches were never crowded and the weather was great! I would give this a 5+ star review if it weren't for the construction all around the property--although to be fair, they did warn us this could be happening. I would definitely stay here again!"

"We spent three weeks in this condo on the beach and had a great time. It was perfect for a “work from home” get-a-way. Two large bedrooms with their own baths. Master was large and with the sliding doors open you could hear the waves all night. The second bedroom had two full size beds and in-room TV. Best part of the condo though was a separate study/TV room. Allowed me to work and have zoom calls without interfering with others activities. Living room was large and comfortable with a small dining area. Galley kitchen was more than adequate for our cooking needs. Lastly, the balcony was great. We ate breakfast and dinner out there most nights looking at the ocean. Property has a large pool, work out room etc. Simply a wonderful unit and property. We will be back."

"The moment we walked into the condo and saw the view, all we could say was, "WOW! The views from this 10th floor condo are unlike any place we have stayed. The condo was elegantly decorated and supplied with everything we could possibly need or want for a week on the beach.
The pictures and descriptions of the resort property and amenities were completely honest. Many times, this is not the case! Everything was well maintained, clean, and comfortable.
We shared with another couple and the layout was perfect for that. The second bathroom is right beside the guest bedroom giving privacy.
The lockers in the lower level with beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and a beach cart made our beach-time convenient and enjoyable.
The website provided many ideas on attractions and restaurants.

"Summer winds was a beautiful condo in naples cay! The location was the best! The amentites with the building were fantastic as well as the beach access area, from the pool to the beach cart with chairs and umbrellas. Having 2 small children with us (4 & 2) this condo had it all for us. The beds were so comfy. We will be back again! "John and Susan were great to work with when booking our stay. Very quick to respond and work with us to fit our needs. The condo itself was incredible. The location is perfect for SW Florida, the building, pool, beach, and common areas were great.

But the best this was the condo itself. You can tell no expense was spared in the renovation. Wood floors, marble counters in the kitchen and bathrooms. All new high-end stainless steel appliances, and I'd imagine professionally decorated throughout. Master bedroom is large and you can hear the waves on the beach with the balcony screen door open. The guest room featured 2 FULL SIZE beds which is an upgrade from the twin beds found in most places. Immaculately clean throughout, the entire condo and furnishings were basically all brand new. 4 units per floor meant that it was quiet and private. Unobstructed views on of Naples Cay, the beach, and sunset from the balcony are reason enough to stay here.

"New, clean and a great view. Not too busy of a pool and the beach is very close. Everything was excellent. The only con was the place had a lot of rules. No ball playing or eating at the pool. No music. No alcohol. No rafts or floaties."

"The condo is exactly how it is shown in the pictures as we arrived. Beautifully furnished and appointed with nearly everything you need including beach towels, furniture, and a convenient beach cart for hauling the supplies the short walk to the beach. We used the grill on several occasions and the heated pool everyday. Good mix of weekly renters for spring break and very friendly seasonal and full time residents. Location is excellent situated in the private Naples Cay community. To the North is a nature preserve area full of wildlife, and to the south is nearly a mile stretch of high rose condominiums. The village on Venetian bay is within very easy walking distance for dining or shopping and the Waterside Shops are a bit further of a walk or short drive for some very nice high end shopping. Only recommendations would be a second lounge chair for the balcony, more Tupperware in the kitchen, and a Vacuum in the unit to pick up the inevitable sand that gets draggged in through the week. Overall would highly recommend this condo to anyone and will be booking our spring break trip here soon for next year. "

"JUst home after a week in Naples Fla. The condo was just as advertised. Top end finishes, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Check in was a breeze with keys at the gate house as planned. Future guests be aware there is a ground floor entrance from the parking lot with a door that opens with the same code, and luggage trolleys are there to help with moving in. The condo has every thing you need, just bring food and drinks. Lovely view of the Gulf. "

"This condo was beautiful. Every feature was first class. It was very clean, new, well designed and a true joy to experience. The 10th story view was fantastic. We loved hanging out on the balcony to stare at the gulf or a passing storm. The kitchen was loaded with all the items you need to fix all meals in if desired. Work out facility was well stocked with high quality equipment. We would return without hesitation. It was a true blessing. We did have an issue with the thermostat. Someone used a heat lamp in the ceiling fixture right over the thermostat so it got pretty cool in the unit until I figured out why. We experienced some issues with the Wi-Fi with phones and tablets but worked well with the lap top. My wife and daughter loved the pool and beach. There was also a kayac to use (NC). Thank you to the owners for a great vacation."

"Quiet and relaxing location with nearby shopping and activities. The condo was clean and well stocked with all necessary items. Just pack your clothes and food. There was some noisy construction on a nearby building which was a little annoying, but nothing too distracting. The grounds were immaculately maintained. Lease management was friendly and helpful. We're already planning to rent this unit and maybe a second or third for extended family next year. Couldn't be happier."
